An exception queue should preserve the tender ID, customer, pickup and delivery windows, equipment requested, rate or reference number, received timestamp, and the exact missing or conflicting field. Different exceptions need different owners
“Missing appointment number” belongs with the customer contact. “No qualified equipment available” belongs with the dispatcher or carrier owner. “Rate differs from the approved agreement” needs an authorized commercial decision. Record the owner, last contact, next action, and deadline instead of pushing every problem into one generic status.

For tender 7814, write: “Pickup 08/14 at 07:00, dry van requested, confirmation has no dock number, customer contact emailed 08/10 at 10:20, hold dispatch until dock is confirmed.” Attach the tender and message.
