Information we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect the contact and business information you enter, including your name, business email, phone number, company details, staffing needs, referral source, and optional message.
Session attribution
To route and understand a submitted request, this site keeps bounded first-touch campaign values, query-free pages visited, referrer origin, and session duration in session storage. Random visitor and session identifiers are session-only and are cleared when the browser session ends. Unrelated URL query values are not retained.
How we use and share it
The submitted request and its bounded session attribution are sent server-to-server to ACR, our lead-processing provider, solely to deliver and manage your request. We do not use Google Analytics, sell this information, or share it for another company's marketing.
After a request is accepted, the optional booking page embeds OnceHub so you can schedule a call. Loading or using that scheduler sends technical request data and any booking details you enter directly to OnceHub under its privacy terms. The scheduler is not loaded on the consultation form or other site pages.
Retention and choices
Browser attribution lasts only for the current session. Submitted request data is retained only as long as needed to respond, provide requested services, and meet legal obligations. You can block session storage in your browser and still submit the form.
